SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

Semi-Private micro group training membership involves a group of 2-5 maximum where it offers more individualised programming for specific needs including weight loss, sports performance, or someone looking for a more tailored approach. This membership also includes an initial 1-1 consultation with a coach, weekly check-ins and individualised habit-based nutritional coaching.

* Semi Private training operates in a 12 week minimum term with direct debit billing.

These Sessions will run on Tuesday & Thursday evenings, 8pm

  • Initial 1-1 Evaluation with one of our coaches (45mins)

  • Assessment of movement capabilities

  • Injury / Exercise History

  • Individualised Nutritional Habit-Based Coaching

  • Weekly Check-in’s
  • Goal Setting

  • 2 x 60min Semi-Private Sessions/week (2-5 people)

  • Access to unlimited Small Group Classes
