Our brand new upstairs training studio is an option for our members for self-led sessions using the Morpheus heart rate monitor and training systems. The room has 2x Concept model D rowers, 2x Concept Bikes as well as a lifting-platform, commercial 1/2 squat rack, foldable squat rack, heavy flat bench, wall balls, dumbbells, kettlebells, trap-bar, suspension trainers, safety-squat bar and olympic barbell as well as rubber olympic plates. We pride ourselves on being a strength and conditioning facility where you can improve both your strength and your cardiovascular health to maximise the benefits of your training for both health and longevity as well as function and aesthetics.
