Our Function-Fit classes are designed with the older adult in mind. Our aim is for people to remain independent and have functional strength to perform every day tasks for their whole lives. We put a big emphasis on fall-prevention, including improving foot strength, balance and strength in the muscles surrounding the hip. Our aim is not only to improve longevity but also quality of life.
