Our brand new Wellness & Recovery Suite is an intimate space to escape the worries of the world while simultaneously improving your health and recovery. We cater for a maximum of only 4 people at any one time in our 45min contrast therapy sessions.

Enjoy the many health benefits of the Finnish sauna, staying at a toasty 80-90*C throughout your session. The sauna also includes red light therapy and calming background music. We recommend alternating the heat of the sauna with the invigorating cold of our single occupancy Ice Barrel helping you to learn the art of controlling your central nervous system in 6*C clear, filtered water.

You will leave feeling refreshed and happier with a boost to your endorphins. Studies in Scandinavian countries have shown that regular sauna use can provide many benefits for cardiovascular health, resulting in not only feeling better but actually being healthier.

Our 45 min contrast therapy sessions are self-led with recommended protocols to maximise the benefits that you can achieve from your sessions whether your goal is long term health and longevity or recovery from intense training.
